EEWSHM Praying and Building 11/1/15

Julmice read Matthew 18:32-33 - Then the king called for the first one. He said, ‘You bad servant! I forgave you. I said that you would not have to pay back any of the money you owed me because you asked me. Should you not have had pity on the other servant, even as I had pity on you?’

Please be praying this week as I (bobby) travel to Cap to spend the week with Julmice. Excited to see the progress firsthand and to visit with some of the workers one on one hopefully to get to know them a bit better. Also, hope to visit the Baptist hospital down the road for relationship building regarding mutual patient referrals in the future. Would like to get to the Milot hospital as well for similar purpose. Just excited to spend time with Julmice and pray together over all that God has been doing. We don't know exactly what God has in mind for this community but we are just excited to be along for the ride. Waiting on God, Fearless to Move, Trusting His Provision!

Remember our prayer gathering on Saturday night November 14th at 7:00pm. We will meet at the church in rooms A5-7. Plan now to join us as we spend a little time reflecting and praying for the future!

Julmice read Psalm 1:1-2 Happy is the man who does not walk in the way sinful men tell him to, or stand in the path of sinners, or sit with those who laugh at the truth. But he finds joy in the Law of the Lord and thinks about His Law day and night.

The building continues with excellent progress for which we are thankful. More importantly, the praying continues as we seek to bring healing to our adopted community in Quartier Morin. God has led us to these new, wonderful neighbors and we just want to be faithful to show them love. We want to know them and we want them to know us. We want to work and share together in relationship relying on one another to help each other. As the body of Christ, we want to be His hands and feet to "bring healing to the sick, feed the hungry, reach out to serve the oppressed, the orphaned, the widowed, those in prison." In the process, God will receive the glory because on our own, we are unable but through Christ, all things are possible. Working together so "that all in Haiti may see Him". Waiting on God, Fearless to Move, Trusting His Provision!

Julmice read Psalm 24:1 - Who is this King of glory? The Lord, strong and mighty; the Lord, invincible in battle.

Love that verse! Our Lord is King, strong, mighty, invincible! We cannot be defeated!

Continue to lift up this ministry daily that He will be seen, that He will bring Spirit-filled, servant-minded leaders to our team, that He will prepare the hearts of our neighbors to see Christ in us.

"...Your name and renown are the desire of our hearts." Isaiah 26:8

Julmice read Luke 7:22 - Jesus said to John’s followers, “Go back to John the Baptist and tell him what you have seen and heard. Tell him the blind are made to see. Those who could not walk, are walking. Those with a bad skin disease are healed. Those who could not hear, are hearing. The dead are raised to life and poor people have the Good News preached to them.

This is a pretty good Word from Luke for what we are trying to be about. Waiting on God, Fearless to Move, Trusting His Provision.
